Product Description
The whole tire is transported to the pyrolysis reactor through the loading module, the lid is automatically locked and sealed, and then the whole tire is pyrolyzed; after the pyrolysis treatment, the oil vapor is distilled, and the oil and gas pass through the light and heavy oil and gas separation device. Oil and gas enter the condensing system, the liquefiable part is condensed into tire oil, and the non-liquefiable part is input to the heating system for combustion through the gas purification system. After the oil and gas pyrolysis process is completed, the remaining carbon black and steel wire are automatically discharged through a fully enclosed automatic slag discharge system.

6. After dehydration, sulfur removal and impurity removal in the purification system, the excess combustible gas is compressed by a special gas compressor and stored in a gas storage tank. It can be used for heating later, or supplied to gas-fired generators for use or sale.
7. Add convection vents and rapid cooling devices to the main furnace, so that the temperature of the main furnace can be reduced to below 100 degrees in 2 hours.
