The waste tyre recycling production line contains a variety of mechanical equipment specially designed for the treatment of waste tyres, aiming to convert them into reusable resources. Through crushing and separation process, waste tyres are processed into rubber particles, steel wires and fibers. These materials can be further used in many fields such as road paving and rubber products manufacturing, so as to realize the recycling of waste tyres.
The waste tyre recycling production line mainly consists of crushers, vibrating screens, magnetic separators, fiber separators, etc
1.Tyre Conveying
Waste tyres are transported to the primary crushers through the conveying system.
2.Primary Crushing
Waste tyres are broken into larger blocks in primary crusher, releasing steel wires initially.
3. Secondary Crushing
After the primary crushing, the tyre blocks are sent to the secondary crusher, further processing into smaller rubber particles.
4. Magnetic Separating
The steel wires are separated from the crushed material by magnetic separator.
5.Sort Sieving
Rubber particles are screened by vibrating screen to separate different particle sizes.
6.Fiber Separating
The remaining rubber particles pass through the fiber separation system to remove the impurities.
7. Finished Production
Finally, pure rubber particles, steel wires and fibers are collected and stored separately for further use.

Production process diagram
The waste tire recycling production line can be designed according to customer requirements, recycling tires within the diameter range of 400-3000mm, with strong applicability. The discharge size can be controlled within the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h.
The production line adopts a PLC control system, which is easy to operate and maintain, and has the characteristics of low energy consumption and long service life.
