Product Description
Doesn't have to get rid of silt, moisture content iron wire impurity and so on from the scrap plastic directly loads in the rotary system high temperature atmospheric pressure split processor, catalyses, heats up, distils oil steam, the oil gas through the condenser, the liquefied part condense into the oil mixture, and the unliquefied part holds through the fuel gas system into the processor bottom to burn. After the mixture oil condense, put into fractionation processor to heat through catalytic reforming process, and get the oil steam. Then the oil steam through the condenser to be basic fuel, and add various additives to become qualified fuel.
Equipment advantages:
1)The pyrolytic furnace adopts the structure of regenerative body to fully recycle the residual heat, thus further saving the production cost.
2) Furnace gallbdder is made of special high temperature resistant quasi-size boiler steel. Long service life.
3) The equipment is equlaipped with infrared anti-blockage warning and dredging device.
4) The slag discharging system adopts double cycle, Slag discharges quickly and cleanly.
5) The new exhaust gas purification system is adopted to make the gas discharged after purification meet the relevant national emission standards.
6) The main furnace is equipped with convection vents and rapid cooling device.
