Product Description
The crushed waste tire blocks are transported to the continuous pyrolysis plant through equipment such as belt conveyors, belt scales, and screw conveyors.
A rapid pyrolysis reaction occurs in the reactor, generating carbon black, pyrolysis steel wires, and combustible gas. After passing through the oil-gas separation and recovery device, the combustible gas enters the hot air furnace for combustion, providing reaction heat for the entire production system.
High-temperature oil and gas are cooled into a liquid state through a spray condensation system, then pass through the oil-gas separation and recovery device, and finally enter the oil tank for storage.
The pyrolysis steel wires are first recovered through cooling equipment such as screw conveyors, and the recovered carbon black and steel wires are stored in storage tanks. Afterwards, the carbon black and pyrolysis steel wires can be separated by magnetic separation devices to realize the recovery of steel wires.
