Product Description

 

Pyrolysis is a thermochemical decomposition process that occurs at high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. It is used to break down organic materials, such as rubber, plastics, tires and other carbon-based substances, into simpler molecules, resulting in the production of various useful materials.

During pyrolysis, the material is heated to temperatures typically between 300°C and 900°C. The heat causes the material to decompose chemically without combustion.

Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant:

5. After secondary catalysis of pyrolysis and filtration, the quality of pyrolysis oil is improved and can be directly sold as commodity.

6. With compacting structure, small floor space, high temperature spray evaporation, low temperature immersion, the pyrolysis plant is easy to clean and has good cooling effect. Under normal circumstances it does not need to use water cooling tower.
