Pyrolysis is the thermal decomposition of materials at elevated temperatures in an inert atmosphere. It involves a change of chemical composition and is irreversible. Waste tires and plastics treated by pyrolysis will generate products: Fuel oil, carbon black, each product have the value and has the possibilities to be reprocessed to be alternative energy and raw materials.

Waste tire pyrolysis to generate oil at high temperature is a highly efficient technology, mainly adopting the principle of rotary kiln pyrolysis. This technology is widely used in waste tire treatment because of its low crushing requirements, uniform quality of pyrolysis, safe operation and low investment with fast returns. Especially in pyrolysis reactor, waste tires are put into equipment to be heated, after dehydration, melting and gasification, and then through the condenser and separator to obtain liquid tire oil.

In addition, the pyrolysis equipment can not only treat waste tires, but also waste rubber and plastics, and extract recycled fuel oil and carbon black, thus realising the resource utilization. Meanwhile, fuel oils produced from different raw materials have different densities, colours and combustion values. What's more, the pyrolysis equipment is equipped with multiple safety devices in the production process to ensure safety production.

Applications:

Pyrolysis Oil :

1.Can be used directly in the heavy oil generator to get electricity.

4.Can be refined to be non-standard diesel, can be used in the diesel generator, boat, and other heavy duty low speed diesel engines.

Carbon Black : 

1.Can be pressed to be briquettes and used as fuel.

2.Can be used to produce rubbers pads , rubber belt , soles, etc.

3.Can be further reprocessed to be higher quality, and used as fortifier and filler of plastic and rubber industry or as color master batch.

Steel Wires : 
Can be sold directly to steel factory.

Non-condensable Gas :
Will be recycled to the furnace for heating the reactor.

The plant is controlled by PLC system with automatic feeding and discharging system, which can be operated by only 1-2 workers, saving manpower for customers. And its automatic operation is more precise to make the waste tires completely pyrolysis so as to get high oil output.

The service life of fully continuous waste tires recycling pyrolysis plant will be extended to 6~8 years. During the continuous pyrolysis process, the reactor is heated by indirect hot air heating, which will not damage it so much, thus to keep long usage life of the reactor.
4. Safety Working for Machine 
Our pyrolysis reactor adopts auto welding technology to guarantee the quality of welding seam and avoid cracking. Then we use x-ray detection to ensure all the parts of the machine for welding seam. We also use vacuum system to prevent oil gas back to reactor causing accident. The plant is also equipped with safety devices, such as alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, extra gas recycling system and fire fighting device in case of danger.

5.Environment Protection Machine

There is well sealed conveyor and every other junction part preventing gas leak, dust and bad smell in the rubber recycling machine. And dedusting system purifies the flue gas and dust from combustion furnace, ensuring no secondary pollution while processing waste tires.
