Pyrolysis is a thermochemical decomposition process that occurs at high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. It is used to break down organic materials, such as rubber, plastics, tires and other carbon-based substances, into simpler molecules, resulting in the production of various useful materials.
During pyrolysis, the material is heated to temperatures typically between 300°C and 900°C. The heat causes the material to decompose chemically without combustion.

Waste tire pyrolysis plant is designed to break down used tires into valuable products through a thermal decomposition process.
Here's a brief overview of its working principle:

Feeding:
The process begins with the input of waste tires into the pyrolysis reactor. The tires need to be shredded into particles.
Heating:
The reactor is then heated to high temperatures (typically between 300°C and 700°C) in the absence of oxygen. This prevents combustion and facilitates the thermal degradation of the tires.
Pyrolysis Process:
As the temperature increases, the complex hydrocarbon molecules in the rubber split apart. This process produces various byproducts, including pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire and sync gas.
Cooling and Collection:
After the pyrolysis process, the gases are cooled through a cooling system, condensing them into liquid oil. The solid carbon black and residual steel are collected separately.

The advantages of Fully Continuous Waste Tire Recycling Pyrolysis Plant:
Fully automatic
The plan
t is controlled by PLC system with automatic feeding and discharging system, which can be operated by only 1-2 workers, saving manpower for customers. And its automatic operation is more precise to make the waste tires completely pyrolysis so as to get high oil output. 
Continuous operation 
The plant adopts internal rotating method, which can achieve the real sense of continuous process.
Longer working life
The service life of fully continuous waste tires recycling pyrolysis plant will be extended to 6~8 years. During the continuous pyrolysis process, the reactor is heated by indirect hot air heating, which will not damage it so much, thus to keep long usage life of the reactor.
Safety 
Our pyrolysis reactor adopts auto welding technology to guarantee the quality of welding seam and avoid cracking. Then we use x-ray detection to ensure all the parts of the machine for welding seam. We also use vacuum system to prevent oil gas back to reactor causing accident. The plant is also equipped with safety devices, such as alarm for over temperature and pressure, auto pressure releasing system, extra gas recycling system and fire fighting device in case of danger.
Environment-friendly 
There is well sealed conveyor and every other junction part preventing gas leak, dust and bad smell. And dedusting system purifies the flue gas and dust from combustion furnace, ensuring no secondary pollution while processing waste tires.
