Our green circular factory established using the pyrolysis plant can truly achieve comprehesive utilization of waste rubber with zero emissions ,zero residues,zero pollution.
 

Product Parameters

The reactor is rotary kiln, made of Q235B carbon steel, and we use ceramic fiber to keep the heat. The reducer drives the reactor to rotate through chain transmission system. The rubber particles are continuously fed into the reactor, at the same time, the inside spiral structure drives the rubber particles forward through the rotation of the reactor.

Natural gas is used as fuel for the initial startup of the hot air stove. 

The temperature ranges from 380-550ºC according to the actual need. Temperature sensing points are set at the front and rear of the reactor.
Under high temperature and oxygen free condition, the pyrolysis reaction carries out and the rubber particles are decomposed into pyrolysis oil and carbon black.
