Product Description

Fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant includes waste tire pretreatment system, continuous pyrolysis system with continuous feeding and discharge system controled by PLC system. The main part is the continuous pyrolysis system. Continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant is for processing waste tires into fuel oil and carbon black for recycle use. Due to continuous feeding and discharge system, the continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant can keep working without stop, thus to save energy and time. Also PLC control system makes less labour cost.

Tire recycling machine adopts non-stripping, low-temperature micro-negative-pressure technology to process waste tires into four kinds of products: fuel oil, crude carbon black, steel wire and non-condensable gas. Fuel oil, crude carbon black and steel wire are no longer processed and sold directly as products to downstream enterprises, and non-condensable gas is purified and desulphurised to supply heat for the reactor.

The Working Process of Waste Tire Pyrolysis Plant:

1. Feeding Raw Materials

Put the waste tires into the pyrolysis reactor, the quantity should be controlled below 2/3 of the pyrolysis reactor to make it rotate more smoothly. Then close the feed door.

2. Heating Pyrolysis Reactor

The heating of pyrolysis reactor includes two stages: from 100ºC to 250ºC for the primary stage, light oil gas is released at 100ºC and liquid oil is released at 120ºC; 280ºC to 350ºC is the highest oil output rate interval. The heavy oil are collected and liquefied in the center of the manifold and descend to the heavy oil tank. The lighter gas rises to the condensing system and then are liquefied and stored in the oil tank. The non-condensable gas after desulfurization and dedusting system will be led to the furnace to heat pyrolysis reactor to save energy costs.

3. Carbon Black Discharge

At the end of the process, cool the pyrolysis reactor. When the temperature drops to 50-70 degrees, the carbon black will be discharged automatically.

1.Can be pressed to be briquettes and used as fuel.

2.Can be used to produce rubbers pads , rubber belt , soles, etc.

3.Can be further reprocessed to be higher quality, and used as fortifier and filler of plastic and rubber industry or as color master batch.

Steel Wires : 
Can be sold directly to steel factory.

Non-condensable Gas :
